SEFAC SA announces the end of the dispute initiated by Stertil BV

On 09/14/2022 Stertil BV and Sefac SA have agreed on a settlement to terminate the dispute commenced by Stertil BV against Sefac SA based on its EP 1 546 018 B1 patent.

The settlement includes a global cross licensing agreement concerning Stertil BV patent family related to the patent EP 1 546 081 and Sefac SA patent family (SWIP communiccation protocol) related to the EP 3 057 903.

Further terms of the agreement remain confidential.
